Terms of use

Short, because there is not much to agree to: a page that runs in your browser and hands files back to you does not need a contract the length of a lease.

Your pictures

Everything you open here stays yours. No ownership, licence or right of any kind passes to this site, which would be difficult in any case, since your photographs are never transmitted and nobody here ever has a copy of them. The collage you save is yours to use however you like, commercially included.

You are responsible for having the right to use the pictures you put in. If a photograph is somebody else’s, arranging it in a template does not change whose it is.

What is offered, and what is not promised

The tool is provided as it is, free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. It may be changed, have layouts added or removed, or be taken offline without notice. Browsers differ, and a phone that is low on memory may fail to open a large photograph however carefully the page is written — so do not rely on this as the only route to a file you need.

To the fullest extent the law allows, nothing here is liable for any loss arising from using the site, including a collage that did not save, a photograph that would not open, or an arrangement that disappeared when a tab closed. Keep your originals, which you will have anyway, because the tool never touches them.

Fair use of the site

Use it for making collages. Do not attempt to script it as a service, embed the working surface in another page, or use it to process material that is illegal where you are. Google advertising is what is meant to pay for this site existing, though none of it runs while the domain waits on approval; if and when it turns up, blocking it is your choice and nothing here will be withheld from you for making it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
